I’ve been using this product for almost a month now and was surprised at how effective it has proven for me. I purchased it to help with short-term memory issues that became noticeable after starting a new job and training in various departments which requires me to retain a lot of different information. I also juggle a lot as a single parent. Not only has this product helped me remember important tasks and information at work and home, but it also has helped with anxiety. The biggest difference I noticed after about 1.5-2 weeks of taking it was that my mind was clearer and more focused. The constant mental chatter is gone and I feel very relaxed. My mood has remained stable throughout the month. Triggers that arise no longer cause me to overreact. I am still able to feel a full range of emotions, but the intensity is not there. I feel more balanced and grounded emotionally. I did not expect this result but it has had such a positive impact on my life that I plan to continue taking Mindcare long term. I take two pills once a day. I highly recommend trying this product if you have stress, anxiety and/or memory issues.

Noticed a pretty big difference in my focus at work. I have anxiety and have a hard time keeping focused on certain things. This seems to help quite a bit. I will continue use of this.

I've been taking this for about a month now. I'm 66 years old. I have noticed a huge improvement in my short term memory!!! I can usually find my cell phone now!!
